In January I made some resolutions that I wanted to complete by the end of the year and I haven't seen them since last year so I thought I would do a reaction post to them. In terms of next year, I don't want to set myself goals but I know that I need to look after myself mentally and physically. I just it to be a year of self-care which will hopefully do me some good. So let's get started... 1. Continue to Learn French/German This is something that I did in my first year of university and would love to continue to do. I would like to do this at least 3 or 4 times a week so... So I haven't really done this. I think I started at the beginning of the year but DuoLingo which I was using changed its way of learning and I think that I kind of gave up. 2. Take better care of myself For this one I would like to just eat better, exercise more and drink more water but also give myself self-care when I need it. Yeah. Again. This is something that I need to do this year. I
