OK so at the start of the year, I made a post about completing the Popsugar Reading Challenge, explaining that I wanted to complete most of the challenges by the end of the year but by combining them with my everyday reading. I felt like this was something that I enjoyed to do and managed to complete lots of tasks so I am pretty happy with how it went. Popsugar are also doing the challenge in 2017 and this is something that I am definitely going to do. So shall we see how I did... So today I thought that I will tell you about a challenge that I am going to sign up to in 2017. This is the British Books Challenge which has been running for the last couple of years but in 2017 is being run by Chelle from Tales of Yesterdays .  The British Books Challenge was created with the focus of reading and reviewing British authors throughout the year. The aim is to read 12 books by these authors which equal's one a month. These can be from any genre but has a focus on YA and MG fiction. If you would like to sign up, you can do so here . OK so a couple of weeks ago, I found that Loot Crate was looking for people to make their own "Dream Crate." It is fair to say I freaked out at this email as I have been watching Loot Crate unboxings for a long time but have never got one of their crates so the fact that I could make my own is pretty amazing. If you don't know what Loot Crate is, it is a monthly subscription service that contains pop culture items based on a specific theme, you can find more information at lootcrate.com . The theme that I choose for my box is Strong Female Characters. So let's get started... 1. A Marvel Comics Pop Funko  Loot Crate normally has some kind of figure in their boxes so for mine, I choose the 3 heroines of Spider-Gwen, Captain Marvel and She-Hulk. I thought that these would be a nice addition to the box because as all three of them can kick ass and I really enjoying reading the comics.  2. So it's been a while, hasn't it. University has just been crazy and I have not really had time to read or blog but I now off for Christmas. Although I have a few deadlines and Harry Potter society stuff to do, I hope that I will be posting on here again soon.
